Job Description The Analyst will be responsible to provide support for development and operations of multiple enterprise networks and computing centers; providing or assisting with Configuration Management of hardware, software, and system, license management, Product Lifecycle Management, Change Management, and the related processes. Interface with various department staff as well as the customer in support of these activities.

Typical Education & Experience Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education BS/BA and 7 years of experience or MS/MA and 5 years of experience.
Must have a basic understanding of Configuration Management.
Must possess exceptional interpersonal communications skills; must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, both internally and with the customer. Adapts to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with change, delays, or unexpected events. Exhibits sound and accurate judgment. A positive customer service focus and attitude toward the overall customer experience is a must.
Must have an attention to detail, and perform duties with accuracy and thoroughness.
Preferred Skills and Education Preference will be given to individuals who currently hold an active security clearance.
Experience with Hardware, Software, or System Configuration Management
Change management experience processing, tracking, recording, coordinating with requirements management
Product Lifecycle management understanding and compliance with Data Item Release and control
