Job Description
The Program Management Integrator (PMI) provides direct support to the Mission Systems Precision Engagement Program Manager in planning, monitoring, and controlling of the various contracts. The goal for this position is to be mentored by the Program Manager, and ultimately transition to a PM role on one of the programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Help prepare Business Review content
  • Help prepare Customer Review/PMR content
  • CDRL inputs and reviews
  • Security Liaison, Requirements, SIPR access, PARs
  • Oversee various Classified development systems / Lab infrastructure & requisitions / ODC planning
  • Keep contract folder/ECPs/MODs up to date
  • Internal customer surveys
  • Collect/Draft CPAR inputs for customer input
  • EVM analysis (weekly labor, CAM reviews, VARs)
  • Multi DO / Multi CLIN execution support / financials-baseline-forecast
  • BOEs (ECPs, new business capture, FMS)
  • Change Management - ECPs proposal lead
  • NBF requests
  • Staffing/forecasts
  • Schedule updates / Schedule CDRL
  • Purchase Reqs / maintenance material purchases / BOMs
  • Subcontract management
  • Risk Management


Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience

Required Skills and Education
  • Proven experience in leadership role on several projects illustrated through work history;

  • Highly effective written and verbal communication skills;

  • Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite;

  • Minimum 1-3 years experience with Agile methodology

  • Experience with earned value management (EVM).



Preferred Skills and Education
  • Background in Systems Engineering

  • Experience with NAVY and/or Air Force Targeting applications and domain

  • PMP certified preferred;

  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to form a strong relationship with engineering teams and customers

  • Proposal and/or competitive capture experience
