The Technical Liaisonis an individual dedicated to one of JLL s Insurance/Fortune 500 customers with the goal of improving the overall real estate and facilities management (REFM) operations through technology. The TL will be client facing and responsible for managing the deployment of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) software systems. The TL will be expected to bring innovation and best practices to the customer to help drive improvement and gain efficiencies.
Assist JLL s customer with different system support and sustainment activities, particularly around SharePoint applications, Asure, and Lucernex.
Provide information and help resolve user problems regarding the department systems. Act as a liaison between the business and IT personnel to support the unit s technology needs
Represent user area in all system enhancements and design activities. Reviews user requests, conduct data gathering interviews, document business specifications, and manage technology projects until completion
Perform system administration activities for departmental systems.
Oversee medium to large technology projects and/or phases of projects of larger scope.
Serve as a liaison between the business and the IT area, translating business needs into application software requirements.
May oversee projects that include various phases and small to moderately sized project teams.
Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
Perform system administration including but not limited to system configurations, security set up and management, report creation and generation.
Run project meetings.
Provide updates to business leadership regarding project status and the application and implementation of technology.
Determine specific business application software requirements to address complex and varied business needs and analyses and designs solutions to complex and varied business needs.
Design, implement, and monitor the progress of initiatives, milestones, and budgets to ensure timeliness and deliverables are met.
Manage critical relationships with IT, consultants and vendors, internal end users, and business customers/leadership.
Provide information to end users to help resolve problems regarding assigned system(s).
Functional and technical knowledge of Sharepoint
Functional knowledge of a project management software solution (eBuilder, ProCore, Primavera, etc.)
Functional knowledge of a room reservation solution (Asure, AgilQuest, Condeco, etc.)
Functional knowledge of a IWMS platform (ARCHIBUS, Lucernex, Tririga, etc.)
Strong project management skills
Strong communications and interpersonal skills
